I have forwarded your papers to Mr. Ignatius Seehoole, the Chief Executive of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants. It would be the SAICA which would be in a position to take action against one of its members in the event that improper conduct is determined. 

Individual accountants are not members of IFAC and we have no direct jurisdiction over them. Complaints must be brought to the specific accounting body of which they are a member. 

Mr. Seehoole has indicated that he was not aware of any of the items set out in your attachments and will investigate. His contact information is:
