NIGEL:

SAfm is pleased to welcome you back to "The Editors", and I'm Nigel Murphy. In studios around the country the journalists joining me today are Jonathan Hobday in Cape Town, who's the former Editor of both The Saturday Argus and The Sunday Argus and is now Consulting Editor to the Cape Town publishers, Picasso Headline. In our Johannesburg studio, the Bureau Chief for Voice of America, Challis McDonough. And in Durban, Sam Sole, Senior Investigative Journalist with the Mail & Guardian. When last he was with us he was Acting Deputy Editor of Noseweek, and before that Political Editor for The Sunday Tribune. All right, panel, absolutely no explanations, please, just the briefest listing of six stories of this past week, and if you can avoid duplication, so much the better. Let's kick off with you, Sam Sole.

SAM:

And the case of Richard Young and C2I2 and I2I2 (sic) [The Auditor-General] - tending to get access to information, a key test case under that legislation.
